TPA will pay for the nights indicated. If you require an additional stay you

Cancellations must be received by 5 p.m. Friday, January 30, 2009, to receive a refund for additional registrations.
TPA makes hotel reservations for TexSCAN registrants.
Additional registrants must make their own hotel arrangements by calling Sheraton Arlington Hotel 817-261-8200.
Rooms are $115 per night and the deadline is Friday, January 12, 2009.
